Terms and Conditions

1. Services Provided

Business of Consciousness offers coaching and consulting services. Services may include one-on-one coaching sessions, group workshops, assessments, and other resources as specified in individual service agreements. All services shall be delivered in accordance with applicable professional standards.

2. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

Actively participate in the coaching and consulting process.
Provide truthful, complete, and relevant information during sessions.
Implement feedback and recommendations provided by the coach/consultant.
Acknowledge that your progress depends significantly on your commitment and effort.

3. No Guarantee of Results

While Business of Consciousness aims to provide valuable coaching and consulting services, no specific results or outcomes are guaranteed. Individual results may vary based on many factors, including the client’s engagement in the process. You acknowledge and understand that coaching and consulting are collaborative processes.

4. Confidentiality

All information exchanged during coaching and consulting sessions will be kept confidential. Business of Consciousness will not disclose any personal information or session details to third parties without your consent, except as required by law. Confidentiality also extends to any records or notes created during sessions.

5. Fees and Payments

All fees for services must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Payment terms, including late fees and accepted payment methods, will be specified in the individual service agreement. All payments are non-refundable once services have commenced.

6. Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made with less notice may result in a cancellation fee or loss of the scheduled session. No-shows will be charged for the full session amount.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Business of Consciousness and its employees or contractors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or services provided. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Business of Consciousness from any claims that arise from your engagement in the coaching or consulting process.

8. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the coaching or consulting relationship at any time with written notice of 14 business days. Upon termination, any outstanding fees for services already provided will still be due. Any prepaid and unused services will be refunded at Business of Consciousness' discretion.

9. Amendments to Terms

Business of Consciousness reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Continued use of the Site and services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
